Primary purpose of job

1. Provide expert advice and support to HR professionals and senior management in the E&I sector with regards to the implementation and management of the sector's Human Resources Policy Guide book in the areas related to Compensation, Policy and Performance Management.2. Facilitate the review process of the sector's total rewards proposals. This includes carrying out confidential discussions with higher authorities to clarify justifications for decisions, the analysis of dispute cases & providing recommendations to QP Management. Endorses, provides advice when required and communicates the proposed amendments I changes to the organizations in the sector.3. Coordinate and consult with the HRP sections to keep up to date with the latest developments with regards to the total rewards strategy, and communicate the changes to the organizations in the Sector.4. Develop and maintain a healthy communication strategy with the HR focal points from organizations within the E&I sector to ensure that the HR related policies and procedures are aligned with the set guidelines. This includes regular communication emails, maintaining the website, conducting regular and special meetings, conferences, or other relevant events, hosting workshops or other educational programmes5. Evaluate, review, develop and recommend continuous improvement and refinement of the Sector's Human Resources Policy Guide book with the aim of creating a greater alignment and healthy competition in the E&I sector.6. Prepare regular I ad-hoc reports, for management which include in-depth analysis on the total rewards offerings, salary structure information and I or policies of the organizations in the E&I sector.7. Establish, interact and maintain a healthy relationship with various total rewards consultancies to keep up to date with the latest total rewards trends. The data to be shared with the HRP sections to support various studies I recommendations made internally and externally.

Experience & Skills

A minimum of 15 years total experience in HR function including at least 10 years at a senior supervisory/specialist level in Total Rewards. Proven knowledge of different remuneration packages and expertise in the development of total rewards strategy. Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office suite such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point etc. Prior experience in a SAP environment is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Behavioural Science, Commerce or Finance, preferably with CCP or GRP certification.
