Who Can Get a QDC Permit?

Non-Muslim residents of Qatar who meet the following criteria can apply for a QDC permit:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a valid Qatar ID (QID)
  • Must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
  • Must meet minimum salary requirements

How to Apply for a QDC Permit

  1. Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer
  2. Prepare required documents: QID copy, passport copy, NOC, salary certificate
  3. Visit the QDC application center or apply online through Metrash2
  4. Pay the permit fee (currently around QAR 500 per year)
  5. Wait for approval (usually 2-3 weeks)
