Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established byEmiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. Primary purpose of job

Designs and implements effective organizations through jointly optimizing, governance, processes, jobs, structures, competencies and people to achieve QP’s strategic objectives. Plans and delivers organization assessments and diagnoses organizational problems areas and define opportunities for improvement. Designs the organizational structures and individual jobs based on the business processes and leads organization change to ensure full realization of the benefits.

Experience & Skills

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organization and Change Management. 2. Expert in managing complex organizational changes, in the Oil and Gas Industry. 3. Help grow the Change Management capability within the team, through best practices, learning and coaching. 4. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management, coaching and mentoring skills. 5. Excellent client relationship skills and able to work smoothly with executives both internal and external to QP. 6. Experienced in project management and business modelling/engineering, preferably with technical writer skills.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Business Systems Analysisand Design or in the related fields of Humanistic studies.
