Job Description :
QUALIFICATIONS:B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with min. 10 years extensive experience in mechanical designs and supervision involving HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems.
For Design:Able to provide complete design and calculation for mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection). Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit and other software for designing. With good knowledge on applicable prevaling standards and codes. With good experience in specifications, validation, evaluation and documentation of the designs. Experienced in large scale projects such as towers, commercial buildings, residential, educational, etc.
For Supervision:Able to monitor all works assuring compliance with the approved drawings and specifications. Able to review shop drawings and resolve any discrepancy and error. Check and approve material and drawing submittals. Good experience in large scale horizontal and veritcal projects. Good knowledge in international standards & codes. Computer literate. Knowledge in design is essential.
