Job Description :
Qualifications:Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering discipline is essential.
Experience Technical:Minimum of 8 years Oil and Gas, Petrochemical ExperienceMinimum 8 years Middle East Experience Preferred
Knowledge of latest design codes and practices.
Knowledge of latest engineering and analytical techniques and software is essential.
Knowledge of Onshore Oil and Gas Civil/Structural Design for Green Field and Brownfield essentialHave gained prior exposure to LNG refineries.Knowledge in Offshore Platforms, jackets, topsides, riser, boat landings, flares, bridges, design and re-assessment preferred.Knowledge in In-Place, Transportation, Lift, Fatigue and Dynamic Analysis preferred.
Knowledge in Concrete and Steel Design to ACI, ASCE, AISC, API, DNV, BS5950 and other International Design Codes.
Good working knowledge of Offshore Lifting Codes preferred.
Knowledge in both in Permissible Stress and Ultimate Limit State Design.
Knowledge in STAAD, SACS, SESAM and other acceptable industry standard analysis software required.Must be proficient in Risa Foundation & MathCAD.Demonstrated success in past project involvement and technical delivery of small to medium size projects.Proven ability to influence and mentor others in safety principles and behaviours.Demonstrated high order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within a multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with ability to interact across multiple disciplines.Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others with regard to continuous improvement.Experience working with EPC / EPCm Companies such as Chiyoda, Technip, Fluor, Bechtel and Worley Parsons preferred.
Experience with Clients such as Shell, Qatargas and Rasgas preferred.
