Luxy Multi brand boutique looking for Arabic speaking Sales Associate
Energetic and exerienced retail sales associate is needed at a luxy multibrand boutique located at The Pearl. We are looking for a team player who is not just sales oriented but can assist with merchandising, stock counting and day to day tasks. Sales are a main focus of the job and a commission is rewarded based on achieving sales targets.
Requirements and Exerience
• Candidate MUST speak Arabic
• Candidate MUST have 1+ year of retail sales exerience
• Must have customer service exerience
• Must understand sales objectives and be comfor¥able selling
• Must be polite, outgoing and communicative
• Abilityto multitask and work within a team
• Ability to be a leader and step up to challenges
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• Have a passion for retail and fashion
Duties:
• Providing excellent customer service every day to customers
• Calling customers and following up with customers, growing a database.
• Must have a complete understanding of each desiger and collection inside of the boutique.
Consistent product knowledge training to understand what you are selling to your customers. Ever desiger, and item should be sold with passion.
• Organizing all garents and ensuring the boutique is in perfect condition.
• Merchandising the garents and understanding product placement in the shop
• The ability to price every item in the boutique and have a general knowledge on all our price points.
• Stock count and inventor® cont¢ol must be taken
• Achieving sales objectives and working as a team
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales repor¥s
