Planning Engineer 
 * Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University 
 * Competent with certification in the use of the programming software such as Primavera Project Management (P6) and Primavera Contract Management Expedition 
 * Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in Project Planning and Scheduling including at least 5 years using Primavera Project Management (P6) and Primavera Contract Management (Expedition) 
 * Should be capable of preparing and closely monitoring the master construction 
programme for timely execution of works 
 * Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) 
 * Fluent in English language both written and spoken with an excellent technical skills
