PLANNING ENGINEER (MEP)
Leading MEP Contractor
- Required BTech/BE/BSc Degree (Electrical/Mechanical) Qualified Engineers with a minimum of 07 yrs experience.
- Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6.
- Identify the project deliverables, milestones and create work breakdown structure for the project(s).
- Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves, Histograms, Risk Registers.
- Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims, identify irregularities and discrepancies relating to time.
- All candidates should posses high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, Smart and professional appearance.
- Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
