MARKETING MANAGER
Brief Job Description : Conceptualize, develop and implement
all marketing activities for the properties, conceptualize
advertisements; follow market development and competitor
activities and report to the Management.
The Candidate : Female of Western origin, between ages 35 and
45, with aggressive Marketing skills and reasonable experience in
a similar industry. Should possess superior negotiation skills.
LEASING ADMINISTRATOR
Must have experience in overseeing and tracking leases of rental
properties, interpret lease agreements and clauses,
and manage leases. Must be well organized,
and have good communication skills.
