A leading Facility Management Company is looking for candidates for the following vacancies

• Senior Facility Manager (Bachelor degree(Technical Preferred) with at least 7 years equivalent education and relevant experience of at least 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management organization)

• FM Commercial Manager (Bachelor degree(Technical Preferred) with at least 7 years equivalent education and relevant experience of at least 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management organization)

• Soft Services Manager (Bachelor degree(Technical Preferred) with at least 7 years equivalent education and relevant experience of at least 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management organization)

• Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & MEP Engineers (Btec, HNC in HVAC Engineering, Btec, HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Btec, HNC in Electrical Engineering with min 3 years’ experience in the field of applying (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and MEP )

• Senior Facility Supervisor (Bachelor Degree with Min 5 years related experience) • Facility Supervisor (Bachelor degree with Min 5 years of related experience)

• Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & MEP Supervisor (High School certificate or education and training in general maintenance, electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair with min 5 years of experience in the field of applying (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & MEP)

• FM Coordinator (Bachelor degree with Min 3 years’ experience in facilities, project management or real estate)

• Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & MEP Technicians (High school diploma or equivalent with Min 2 -3 years of experience in the field of applying(Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & MEP)

• BIM CMMS Specialist (High school diploma with 2-3 years’ experience in facilities management sector or related field)
