Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.

Qualification Required : Post Graduate with Specialization in HR Management with a degree in law 
Around 15 years of experience preferably with 10 years in managerial position in GCC countries 
Job Description :
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer. Employee manage HR Assistants, HR & Training Coordinators & HR Admin Coordinators


Preparation of Human Resource (HR) policies and procedures based on Qatar Labour Law & in line with company’s vision/mission
Arrange / Conduct interview for selection of both technical & non-technical personnel with due assistance from concerned PMT officials
Conduct practical trade test, conduct component identification test, prepare and submit evaluation report, submit monthly progress report.
Coordinate with Admin / Accounts for all HR & Admin related activities.
Redressal of Grievances promptly
Attend to multifarious requirements of workforce at all levels, promptly and to the satisfaction of workforce, by obtaining due approvals as required
Ensure that the workforce is more than adequately trained, geared to meet the ever-increasing challenges faced by the company and thereby cater to the market requirements
Constantly coordinate with PMT/Admin / Finance for all HR-related activities
