HR Supervisor

One of the leading Company require; 1) HR Supervisor )

Candidate should have at least the following competencies and experiences:

 a. Experience in HR supervisory or Managerial role of at  least 4 – 5 Years.

b. Experience in HR Policies, procedure development.

c. Experience in Managing HR function in matrix organization mode.

d. Experience in developing HRMS requirement, and better if has previous experience in HRMS deployment.

 e. Experience in Dealing with both Blue Color and White  Color employees.

 f. Very good understanding of Qatar Labor Law. .

 g. Excellent interpersonal & commination skills.

h. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on the objective.
