Facility Manager

Leading Real Estate Company in Qatar is looking for the following staff:
Facility Manager
Minimum Qualifications: An Electrical Engineer
Experience: 10-15 years experience in same field
Job description:
• Overall maintenance of the properties (preventive, scheduled, unanticipated, etc.)
• Determination of materials, consumables and other items needed for repairs
• Forecasting/budgeting of materials and maintenance expense
• Management and development of maintenance personnel
• Renovation and civil works of the properties
• HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other maintenance activities
• Inspection of property during tenant move in/out
• Suggest cost reduction initiatives
• Recommendation for assets/materials/ inventories for disposal
• Supervise contractors/subcontractors works related to maintenance
• Documentations related to facility management activities
• Act on tenant requests/complaints/concerns related to maintenance
• Management of workshop
• Other adhoc duties assigned by the top management
