Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Experience: Min 5yrs experience in building maintenance, Electrical  & Mechanical related works.Must be proficient in energy distribution, water
pipes, ventilation systems, plumbing etc.
• Education: Degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering
• Nationality: Indian, Filipino preferred
• Other skills: Should be confident, flexible with strong English communication skills
