KEY DUTIES:The Control & Instrument Maintenance Quality Engineer shall continuously review & update the C&I maintenance procedures, practices and standards to ensure high quality maintenance level. Moreover, he shall apply the quality concepts, techniques and tools to optimize the utilization of resources without degrading the maintenance quality. The area of responsibility shall cover Power Generation plants as well as Water Production plants.
Qualification/Requirements:Membership of a known engineering organization .i.e. ISA.Holding valid certification as auditor on QMS ISO 9001 and/or 14000.Quality certification such as Six Sigma or similar.Good skills in preparing Quality plans and procedures.Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions using quality tools.Excellent leadership & presentation skills and ability to drive change.Advance computer literacy.Strong English communication skills.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC industrial field, preferably in the Power Generation & Water production or Oil & Gas industry.Leadership or participation in Quality Management System projects or Quality Improvement initiatives.
