Job Description :
- Should have a Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience including 5 years of experience as supervisor/Assistant Manager position
- Must have experience in GCC countries, preferably in Qatar
- Should have knowledge in generating payroll, new-employee orientations, drafting & implementing policies, exit interviews, employee relations, training, and development, preparation of JDs, employees welfare, ERP functionalities etc.
