A multinational company dealing with Portable Gas Detectors is looking for:Technical & Customer Support Specialist
Candidate should have transferable visa and minimum 2 years’ experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Following standard operating procedures to accurately service the customer’s gas detection equipment within standard repair times that exceed customer’s expectations.
• Providing the best customer service and technical support via phone and internet as well as in person.
• Delivering Industrial Scientific’s commissioning and training services to our customers.
