Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.

Qualification Required : Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent; Degree or Diploma in Materials Management preferred 
10 to 15 years of experience out of which minimum 7 years in managerial position in GCC countries 
Job Description :
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer. Employee supervises the Logistics Officers, Stores Officers and Plant and Tools Officers


Over all responsibility includes effectively coordinating with Stores Officer, Logistics Officer, Plant and Tools Officer in Accounting of Equipment, Tools and Materials.
Check stock status, availability of materials for issue to job sites as per material request.
Liaise with supplier, manufacturers to deliver materials as per LPO’s and PO’s.
Coordinate with procurement dept. for orders issued and delivery of materials to site.
Maintain updates GRN, MIN, Stock Ledger, MIS Request – Stock, consumption, materials arrival, site returned statements.
Issue and control of furniture, furnishing, tools, safety items to staff and workers.
Maintain register for tools. Inventory control and periodical verification of stock.
Maintain logistical activities regarding vehicle movement and trip sheets.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers and staff to ensure timely delivery of materials to customer.
Coordinate with Accounts for preparation of other documents after deliveries effected.
Any other stores and logistics related work and submission of MIS reports required time to time by management.
Regularly visit all sub-stores, site stores and Central Stores to ensure strict compliance to Company Policy and Procedure.
