Senior Operations Manager

The General Manager will: •    Act as the main and central contact point for HMC with regards to all aspects of the Housekeeping and Waste Management contract.

•    Have authority to make daily operational decisions regarding all aspects of the services provided by Acciona-GSSG FS.

•    Oversee the operations on a contract-wide basis, including responsibility for meeting all contract obligations.

•    Manage expense budgets for all aspects of the service contract.

•    Provide advice and guidance to the rest of the management team of Acciona-GSSG FS

•    Negotiate with and monitor relations with all suppliers and subcontractors. •    Attend all contract-level meetings with HMC management •    Oversee and approve all service reports to be delivered to HMC as part of the service contract obligations.
