Senior Manager

A leading Company in Qatar Required Senior Manager  for its Tyres, Battery and Lubricant Division

Education and Skills
• A Graduate, preferable in Science or Commerce and an MBA
• Age: Below 45 years
• Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 2-3years in Tyre, Batteries and Lubricants, Experience as a Head of Profit Center will be advantage.
• From within GCC, a candidate who has spent at least 3 or more years in GCC
• Good experience of Institutional, dealer and retail channel sales and services.
• Overall responsibility of profitability of the Division.
• Capable of leading a mid-size team of sales, support and service staff. Must be a team player and a strong motivator.
• Having strong instincts in the market to track competitors’ activities and report.
• Liaising with Principals, Capable of strategic planning & implementation.
• Market development vis-à-vis new sales channels, new products, new customers etc.
• A highly energetic individual who can lead by example.
