A leading Grade “A” Engineering/Architectural Consultancy firm, seeking applicants for the below positions:

SECRETARY/DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Position brief: To provide administrative support to project teams in filing, numbering, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Ad-hoc assignments may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience : Min 3yrs experience in related role

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts MUST

Other skills : Filing and documentation, Excellent communication & Coordination skills.

ACCOUNTS CLERK

Position brief : Assist Finance Team in performing various accounting functions and secretarial duties to ensure smooth day today financial & administrative operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience : Min 3yrs experience in related role

Education : Bachelor’s Degree MUST

Nationality : Preferred Indian or Sri Lankan

Other skills : Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be willing to work in project sites Interested and qualified applicants may send their CVs
