QUALIFICATIONS: --Min graduate level in Business/Finance or related field – Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, leadership skills -- A performance-driven and goal-oriented approach -- Min 5yrs. working in the GCC region in a similar role -- Arabic language skills an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-- Establish new contacts and target prospects – Manage large, critical accounts, commensurate with high business targets – Assist the Country Manager in ground intelligence, support field sales planning and strategies
– Manage a team of Sales Executives and assist them to grow the business-- Effective client relationships and business acquisition – Possess sound market knowledge--have strong networking capabilities and be resultsdriven
to achieve targets – Have effective decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
