URGENT HIRING FOR FINE DINING RESTAURANT
1. Restaurant Manager - bilingual (English/Arabic) is a MANDATORY and Turkish language is a plus; minimum experience on same field 5 years in casual dining and 5 years in fine dining and/or any 4 or 5 star hotel F&B; knowledgeable in Qatar food safety requirement, having HACCP training certificates; knowledgeable in P&L, daily sales reports and other administrative reports.
2. Storekeeper - experience minimum 6 years in f&b field in the same position, knowledgeable in FIFO policy, pallet stocking, receiving/issuing, tracking/recording of expiry dates for dry/frozen/fresh items; knowledgeable in computer - Microsoft package (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Has owned car
3. Hostesses - Pleasing personality, 175 cm tall, 50kg weight, 2-3 years experience in the same field.
4. Procurement and Logistics - Full knowledge in logistics, purchasing and inventory controls and management; full knowledge in importation rules in Qatar, full knowledge in Qatar market prices and prominent F&B suppliers; established network of connections in Qatar market and Municipality connections. Has owned car or valid driving license in Qatar. Computer skills - Microsoft package.
5. Barista - knowledgeable in mocktails and coffee mixing; 2-3 years experience in Qatar food and beverage Only candidates with valid NOC will be called for interview. Qualified candidates can send their CVs along with employments certificates copies to the email address.
