1. Resident Engineer:
 Minimum 20 years’ experience on large projects
2. Civil/Structural Engineer:
 MMUP Grade A certified. Min 12 years’ experience
3. Certified HSE Engineer:
 Minimum 10 years’ experience of HSE
4. Site Superintendents:
 MMUP Grade A certified, Min. 12 years’ experience
5. Document Controller:
 Min High School Diploma. 5 years` experience
