PROJECTS COORDINATOR

A Holding company is looking for a highly caliber personnel to join our team:PROJECTS COORDINATOR

• Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealing with Municipalities and Land
Registry and Urban Planning and service departments.
• To follow up projects and building permits; Responsible for issuance of
preliminary approvals for projects as directed by the administration building
permits and follow up with consulting offices contracted.
• Familiarity with the local laws of the land and real estate (building regulation
plan for the Qatar and effects on the company properties.
• Highly proficient in English and Arabic both oral and written.Interested candidates may send their CV .
