Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: BE/B Tech/MCA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- PMP, PMI-ACP certified
- Arabic speaking and reading are a must
- Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
- Proven in conflict management and people management
- Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and teams
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program/project status throughout its life cycle.
- Insurance domain knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Managing the Project/Program’s budget
- Willingness for Travel (Long term/short term)
- Having Technical knowledge in Oracle/Java/Angular is an additional advantage
