A leading contracting company needs urgently Procurement Officer

• Min. 5 years of experience (3 years in Qatar) in purchasing & procurement of material and equipment preferred in Structural/architectural field. • Able to issue Material / Manpower requests via the ERP system. • Aware of local market suppliers / subcontractors and able to float inquiries and preparation of technical & commercial comparison sheets • Prepare material technical submittals, issue orders & subcontract agreements. • Follow up on items / services till delivery / completion. • Follow with suppliers / subcontractor the submission of invoices, then preparation of payment certificates. • NOC is must from current sponsor.
