Job Description :
The Acciona-GSSG FS Service Manager, responsible for 1 entire hospital, will:
Direct and Coordinate team leaders and staff to assure the correct operation of Housekeeping, Waste Management, and other services if in scope, such as Helpdesk and Pest Control.
• Act as the main communication point for HMC regarding all contract-related matters.
• Be responsible for quality, productivity and service standards
• Supervise quality monitoring & audit reporting
• Coordinate and audit Subcontractors
The Service Manager the Hospital site will be responsible for all on-site operations, ensuring a single standard of excellence throughout the Facility, implementation of all operational programs, and that all policies are properly followed.
The Service Manager coordinates back-office tasks such as human resources and accounting through the administrative manager.
