OPERATIONS MANAGER

Your main responsibilities will include:

 To manage various multi-service catering operations, responsible for planning, directing, supervising and controlling. Responsible for leading and developing the unit management team . Maintain and build positive client relationships, regular site visits. Strong commitment towards Health & Safety and ensure compliance of policies & procedures . Ensure that financial targets are being achieved. Review and analyze operational results on a daily basis for better control and 
forecast. Monitor the operational costs to ensure they meet the budget set by the management.
Profile:
• Degree / Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management.
• Ability to manage multiple sites.
• High level of commercial and financial knowledge
• Proven experience in effective management of all resources (people, procedures, place and profit), exposure to a multicultural environment would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
