To have a market knowledge (MEP suppliers data base) To have a technical MEP knowledge .University Degree (Minimum of 4 years) Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years in the GCC. Experience in Qatar preferable with NOC Professional development, team work, decision making,
