MARKETING MANAGER
Educational : Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Marketing, Engineering or any related field. Master's degree is an advantage, but not preferred.
Qualifications : More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing Management
Knowledge in Project Management Process
Skills Required:
Promoting your employer's products, services or brand
Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services
Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
Good negotiator to prospective clients, suppliers, business entities, etc
Can handle pressure well when working to tight deadlines and objectives
Creativity and expertise to think of new ways of delivering your message to the customer
Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often while juggling several projects at once
Should also have strong budgeting, Internet and computer skills
Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members
Must have strong communication, sales and presentation skills
