Well reputed business Group in Qatar URGENTLY looking for: MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for • effective search of sales and marketing.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Submitted by Sales Executives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of Extensive experience of Sales in a Trading & Contracting Co. in Qatar.
• Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• MBA Degree specialized in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must have strong Business Communication and Leadership Skills.
