Looking for MALL MANAGER
1. The Ideal candidate should be well qualified with adequate experience in the relevant field of mall management.
2. Should be capable to manage SHOPPING MALL having occupancy of 260 SHOPS and to have knowledge in Qatar law in this filed.
3. Should be capable to implement & monitoring housekeeping systems, security systems, control of utilities, Catering, maintaining hygiene of the Mall etc.
4. Must have a perfect knowledge of marketing, sales and development and attract shoppers
5. English speaking and knowledge of Arabic and other regional languages is an added advantage.
6. To be able to setup mall roles & regulation accordance with company policies procedures & prevailing law
7. Minimum experience of 10 years in managing the big SHOPPING MALL of reputed companies / organizations.
8. GCC experienced candidates preferred among that Qatar experience will get weight age.
9. Position is in senior level and remuneration terms best in the market according to qualification and experience.
