Key Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, team players for our Key Customer Support Team
• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Telecom, Communication and Electronics
• 5-7 years of experience in Telecom/System Integrator Domain, with all the leading products/technology in the market.
• Ability to work with various transport layer media including Copper/FTTx/Radio etc.
• Ability to handle critical Installation and support cases within defined
process and procedures.
• CCNP certification is mandatory.
• Language: bilingual - Proficient in Arabic and English Language.
