Key Customer Support Engineer
• Degree in Engineering - Telecom, Communication and Electronics
• 4-5 years experience in Telecom installation domain
• Handsome knowledge of the fiber optics
• Calibration of the test equipment base on client instruction
• Ability to resolve installation queries and knowledge of FTTX and ITU-T standards
• CCNP certification is must and bilingual.
• Language: Proficient in Arabic and English Language
