Key Accounts Sales Executive

To secure, maintain and manage profitable Key Accounts; identifying potential Key Accounts, penetrating, presenting, negotiating and selling our products and services to the Key Accounts, as well as maintaining these key relationships for the maximum returns over the long term. You will need to maintain a professional level of relevant product knowledge, monitor the competition and continually look for ways to increase our sales, improving efficiency and the customer 
service experience.

Duties

• As a representative, you will be responsible for dealing with the key contact persons, answering queries, handling payments, and making sure that maximum range of goods are available and that the goods are attractively displayed.
• As a team leader, you will be responsible for the effective management and training of any personnel reporting directly or indirectly to you in order to maximize returns.
• Monitor the environment for opportunities and threats. Report findings.
• Identify new Key Accounts to target.
• Present, negotiate, and sell maximum volumes to Key Accounts.
• Maintain sound relationships with Key Accounts, specifically contact persons.
• Maintain sound relationships with Key Accounts, specifically contact persons.
• Assist and resolve any queries, concerns and complaints, efficiently and quickly.
• Recruit, train, place, support and manage personnel placed at Key Accounts.
• Maintain knowledge and skills in order to be recognized and respected as the expert.
• Ensure a professional image, from discipline and uniform to product placement.
• Provide regular, accurate, insightful reporting to management as required.
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.
• Facilitate all documentation with Key Accounts, quickly and effectively.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of sales trends, sales data and target against achievement ratio. Devise strategy to support meeting targeted requirements and report as required.

Requirements:

Proven track record in direct outbound sales environment, with experience in managing key accounts, preferably in Telco or FMCG lines.
