A European / North American university degree holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, out of which at least 10 years as a Project Manager on high profile INFRASTRUCTURE projects (utilities, roads, highways & bridges). Capable of managing large scale projects within tight time frame and budget constraints. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Candidates with transferable visa / NOC may please apply
