Job Description:The Identity Management Licensing Section Manager will govern and manage identity management and authentication standards as required by the e-Commerce law

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Manage and Execute projects outlined for the section as per the Operating Plan.
• Provide Technical support to the PMA department
• Provide inputs and expertise on various technical standards related to the e-Commerce law and Laws relevant to Cyber Security domain e.g. CIIP, IPP
• Manage the Qatar e-Authentication Framework
• Keep updated on the latest trends, technologies and standards related to PKI

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

• 8 - 10 Years of overall experience
• Graduate in Engineering (Preference Computers or ( Electronics / Electrical with specialization in Computers). Preferred Post Graduation in Business Administration, Industry Certifications like CISM, CISSP
• 6-8 years of experience in Information security Domain
• 2-3 Years in Team Lead / Managerial role
• 2-3 years of experience in PKI and Identity Management Practice
• Well versed with prevalent Technical Standards in Information Security ad Identity Management
• Familiar with Crypto standards and Algorithms
•
