Guest Services Coordinator – Seasonal Position
The Guest Services Coordinator works to coordinate all aspects of Festival Guest travel, accommodation and transport under the supervision of the Guest Services Manager.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Organise and book travel arrangements for Festival guests. Flight bookings will be at the core of this role with support provided on accommodation bookings when needed;
Coordinate transfers, Meet & Greet service and welcome packs when required;
Coordinate guest itineraries if required;
Liaise and maintain professional relationships with third party service providers;
Monitor planning, execution and quality of service delivered by third party suppliers;
Ensure third party suppliers have up to date information on bookings and changes to bookings at all times;
Work closely with relevant DFI departments to ensure smooth operations;
Ensure accurate collection of travel information for all film guests and staff in order to proceed with and ensure accurate bookings;
Follow up/track requests in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery and confirmations by/to other DFI divisions;
Document procedures and processes to be included in master Guest Services Manual;
Plan, maintain and adhere to Guest Services budget;
Ensure the Festival guests’ Guest Services experience reflects professionalism, attention to detail, the spirit of the event and that it honours the brand promise. Maintain the confidentiality of the guests and integrity of the Festival.
Conduct wrap up to cover highlights, challenges and recommendations
Required skills/qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a customer service/travel-related role
Excellent administrator with good attention to detail
Competent with all Microsoft Office packages
Fluency in English, Arabic a plus
