General Manager

We are looking for candidates with;

• Civil Engineering Degree with atleast 25 Years of Experience which must include 10 Years of Managerial Experience

• Proven ability to develop & implement strategic operational plans for optimized productivity

• Ability to review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

• Ability to uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality

• Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Candidates must be able to;

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning & monitoring of performance goals to his team

• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
