General Manager

Grade (A) Architectural consultants, offering diversified interiors solutions through integrated services and products. We are looking for, General Manager:

The Incumbent should be a MMUP Certified GRADE “A” Architect, Preferably a Master Degree in business Management or Equivalent. • Should have more than 15 years of experience at various levels in the architectural field with at least 10 years of commercial management experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership, team management and strong financial acumen. • Must be well versed in developing operational plans, financial plans, business plans, and budgets for managing performance. • Responsible for overall performance of the organization. • Should have a strong background in Architecture / Interior Design with Design Project Management and Business Development exposure • Demonstrated ability to Manage Project (Specifications, Bill of Quantities & other Technical data – MEP & Structural).
