Job Description :
Engineering Degree holder with 5-8 years of experience in Foreign Procurement job shall be as mentioned below and not limited to -
- Receive Purchase request from appropriate departments ,
- Request for quotations from various foreign suppliers based on approved vendor list ,
- Prepare price study & get appropriate approvals from relevant persons and negotiate price with selected suppliers ,
- Good knowledge of Incoterms & custom regulations in Qatar (import & exports),
- Language skills good command of English both spoken / writing,
- (Arabic is added advantage),
- Vendor Evaluations ,Issue Purchase orders & Communicate with Logistics team, knowledge in Supply chain with minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement handling international suppliers ,
- Experience in Integrated system – Oracle added advantage.
