• Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years work experience in GCC.

• Excellent understands of food and beverage cost controls, forecast, stock levels and inventory control.

• Solid knowledge of vendor relations, large scale purchasing, volume discounting and vendor negotiations.

• Ensure food and beverage quality, brand and service standards.

• Commitment to customer and client service and a good attention to the details.

• Strong leadership, planning and management skills.

• Excellent at MIS, presentation and communication skills
