Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial issues, banking, analysis and reporting of financial data
- Ability to motivate, develop and direct administration people at work sites
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures 

Requirements:
- University Graduate with Master Degree in Business Administration / Economics
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in construction field
- Must have knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel,PowerPoint), Windows Operating system and Accounting Software
- Proficiency in English (Oral – Written)
- Age above 35 years old
- Local Transferable Visa / NOC mandatory
