ESTIMATION MANAGER

Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.

Qualification Required : Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent – in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics. 10 years of Experience (of which minimum 3 years experience in managerial position in GCC countries)

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer. Employee supervises the Estimation Secretary, Estimation Engineers - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Fighting

Preparation of Tender Estimation for MEP / Electrical projects
Visiting site / attending pre – bid meetings
Preparing project risk analysis report
Obtaining management approval as required
Raising RFI, Quantity take-off
Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, price analysis
Prepare material and labor cost estimation and MEP bid price
Prepare technical and commercial bid, and follow up until finalization.
