Job Title: Entrepreneurs Engagement Section Manager

Job Description:

To engage with partners and stakeholders, and raise awareness of the Digital Incubation Center (DIC), in a way that generates and channels a flow of ideas and business plans to the DIC. 

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Promote the Digital Incubation Center to the concerned entrepreneurs and partners
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the DIC, and work with Communications and Marketing to carry out the plans
• Build strategic alliances with partners
• Engage with entrepreneurs and partners to encourage the creation and submission of business ideas and business plans to the Digital Incubation Center
• Oversee the implementation of programs that generate and nurture business ideas (i.e. Innovation Theatre, Ideas Space, Startup Weekend, etc.)
• Respond to and resolve issues and complaints raised by Ideas Space participants

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

• 8-10 years in a role involving the planning and implementation of relationship management and marketing initiatives at a large scale
• University degree in a business-related field with a focus on entrepreneurship
• Large-scale project management and leading project teams involved in Incubation projects
• Qatar experience (or at least GCC experience)
