DUCTING FOREMAN
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 3 years’ experience as Foreman in Fabrication and Installation of HVAC Ducting and installation and
commissioning of A/C Equipment’s for residential or commercial building
projects (GCC experience preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI course) in the Mechanical or Air
Conditioning trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of Ducting and Piping tools and equipment
• Good experience in preparing take off for duct fabrication, air outlets,
cladding, installation materials etc as required for the HVAC duct work
• Good experience in installation of AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Fans
• Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting with Accessories (Motorized
Dampers, Volume Control Dampers, Fire Dampers and air outlets) and duct
insulation
• Experience in installation of M.S Ducting and cladding for Mechanical
rooms
• Experience in Air balancing of the HVAC System by Handling the air
Balancing Equipment’s
• Knowledge in installation DX/ Split A/C units and piping will be an added
advantage
• Hands on experience in diagnosing cooling issues due to air distribution
problems and identifying equipment and solutions needed to rectify the
problems will be an added advantage
• Thorough knowledge of the common practices, tools and terminology of the
HVAC system installation works
