• Prepare monthly and Quarterly Financial reports
• Directly supported contracts manager with the RFP process and reviewing invoices.
• Handled all hard copy and electronic filing
• Responsible for all invoicing to and from clients and suppliers
• Assist in preparing and managing documentation internally / by the subcontractor
• Assist in preparing yearly budget and targets
