• European nationality.
• Minimum 10 yrs experience in the position.
• Knowledge of MEP Systems and Contract terms.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handling of MEP technical & commercial aspects.
• Meeting and correspondence with Main Contractor / Clients/ Sub contractors & Suppliers.
• Coordination with MEP team at site and Head offices.
• Negotiations and finalization of variations.
• Managing Interim payment applications & certifications.
• Conclusions and finalization of accounts.
