- BSc Degree Engineering/Quantity Surveying
- Expert knowledge of FIDIC Contracts
- More than 10 years’ experience, at least 5 years in GCC as manager
- Professional industry membership/Affiliation such as MRICS
- Written and spoken Arabic & English is a plus
- Locally available with transferable visa
